We offer the following:
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + Commission & Bonuses
- Full Time Hours: 5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)
- Paid Vacation & Sick Leave

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service to determine their flooring needs
- Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
- Visit customer’s homes or workplace to provide product and design advice
- Review space/area measurements and calculate number of materials needed for project requirements
- Will be point of contact for customer to complete the following: provide flooring sample suggestions, schedule installation team, perform quality control throughout project
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of flooring, cabinets, and window treatments
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling requirements
- Manage time between the showroom and prospecting in the community
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ proven work experience in Retail, Sales, Management, or similar role
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team setting
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of floor coverings a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
Education:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business management, or a similar field a plus
